You often experience insomnia? Your sleep is disturbed, and even does not come? You put hours to sleep? The alarm sounds and you have the impression of not having slept?

Hypnosis enables a State which allows to work on preventing you from sleeping and exceed certain blocks to find a recovery sleep. We now know that through hypnosis it is possible to work on heart rate, blood pressure and many elements managed usually unconsciously. Working on this opportunity through hypnosis, we can improve the body processes to facilitate sleep.


Often we will work together on preventing you from sleeping (stress, anxiety, fears), but also everything that frees the mind and the body to regain the ability to sleep quickly. It is possible that more hypnosis sessions I offer a few exercises in the day and just before going to sleep. These are very simple and fun, which facilitates and accelerates the work done at the meeting.
